Job Responsibilities:

  • Collecting used dishes, plates and utensils
  • Loading/unloading washing machines
  • Stacking items appropriately
  • Wash specific items by hand
  • Setup workstation before meal prep
  • Ensure there are enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils throughout the day
  • Maintain cleaning supplies
  • Garbage removal
  • Sanitize kitchen area and general kitchen cleanliness

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Interest in a hospitality career
  • Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks as needed
  • Ability to interact with vendors, coworkers, members, guests, and management in positive, supportive, cooperative ways
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service oriented environment, perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, see, talk, hear, lift up to 50 pounds, carry, push, pull or move objects
  • Ability to read, understand, and comply with all safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment at all times
  • Availability to work shifts during weekends and evenings
  • All other duties as assigned by management
